《病理生理学(Pathophysiology)》 一、主要目标和主要内容: Pathophysiology is the science studying the rule of disease occurrence, development, outcome and mechanisms of disease. It seeks to provide an understanding of how and why alterations in body structure, function and metabolism lead to the signs and symptoms of disease. Understanding pathophysiology guides health care professionals in the planning, selection, and evaluation of therapies and treatments. The course is composed of 12 chapters that are organized by three major portions. The first portion mainly focuses on fundamental concepts, general rule of etiology and pathogenesis, and outcome of disease. The second portion includes major basic pathological processes. The last portion directs to pathophysiology of organs.
